Marinade
  • ½ cup MagicalButter
  • 2 cups scallions, chopped
  • ¾ cup Red Stripe beer (or coconut water)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons allspice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-4 Scotch bonnet peppers, depending on how hot you like it
  • 6-8 garlic cloves

Marinade
